Elfie is available only to authorised GBP Cranes users through Microsoft Teams. Use is governed by the applicable Horizon AI services agreement and GBP's policies.
Users must act within their assigned roles, review requested approvals carefully and report incorrect access or results to Horizon AI. Access to Elfie does not itself confer accounting, payment or administrative authority.
Elfie cannot approve invoices, make payments, change supplier bank details or release bank files. Capabilities are enabled only after the relevant setup and acceptance checks.
